If you are a current or prospective tenant for a rental property, Reliance Property may collect the following additional information from you:

· employment details such as your employment status, employer, salary, length of employment;

· personal and financial referees whom we may contact about your application.
Sometimes Reliance Property may also need to ask you for other forms of Personal Information to enable us to provide services to you.
How does Reliance Property collect Personal Information about me?
Reliance Property collects your Personal Information directly from you unless it is unreasonable or impracticable to do so. When collecting Personal Information from you, Reliance Property may collect in various ways, including emails, letters, telephone calls and as below;

Why does Reliance Property collect, hold, use and disclose your Personal Information?
Reliance Property collects information for a range of purposes including:
· enable our agency to provide you with the services and/or products you may require;
· to comply with local, state and federal legislation or regulations, and those specifically related to real estate property sales, rental and administration;
· to enable our agency to assist you with related services, as required;

- . organisations with whom REINSW has integration arrangements to enable the automatic pre-population of information and details on its forms;
- . for Docu Sign, Inc of 221 Main Street, Suite 1000, San Francisco, CA 94105, a Delaware corporation (“DocuSign”) or an affiliate, subsidiary or related body corporate of DocuSign for the purpose of DocuSign, an affiliate, subsidiary or a related body corporate of DocuSign:
- . for converting online forms and agreements (that include information populated by you and other registered users) completed using our Online Services into electronic documents that are capable of being signed and completed electronically (esign forms) by third parties;
- . forwarding and serving the esign forms electronically to third parties;
- . for any legal representative you or a person you are representing advises is retained by you or a person you are representing; and
- . for the legal advisers, conveyancers, or technology providers of, or in connection with, any of the third parties listed above;

There are some instances when our agency may need to provide your Personal Information to third parties. Reliance Property may be bound by law to provide your details to courts, government-related bodies, including the Titles Office or the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority.
